Pearls of Wisdom Newsletter

I started the company newsletter to further inform and engage our community by featuring non-product related topics. Topics ranged from answering industry questions to sharing custom resources. I wanted to produce a high quality newsletter worth the time of our readers, so I spent a lot of time investigating, designing, and editing.

The newsletters were received very successfully with a 40% average open rate (+18% vs industry) and 18% average click rate (+15% vs industry).
