There was some leftover beer in the fridge, so I attempted to make the famous beer can chicken, but since I didn’t really have a whole chicken, or a grill, I figured I would just braise it in beer. It turned out very tender and beer-ilicious! Rolled the chicken around in melted butter then coated it with a dry rub.
