Yeee, get it! Hitting up St. John while I’m here.
My rule when having guests for dinner: always go all-out with a full-course meal. Invited Nathan over for dinner, and the menu was as follows:
Wine - La Piuma’s Montepulciano D’Abruzzo
Appetizer - Chicken pate and bread
Main Course - Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with Soba
Dessert - Classic Raisin Bread Pudding
Garlic Fried Rice for lunch! Nom nom nom. Used brown rice as a healthier option.
