Why can’t we have bibimbap bars back home in NYC?!
I saw ten of them in Seoul today!
Just like any salad bar, here you get a bowl of rice, pick what fixings you want, mix it all up and chow down!
Because anything food-related in Asia and Europe is simply more awesome…
