One of my favorite brunch dishes: fall vegetable hash. The best hash I had was at Lineage in Coolidge Corner, Boston - and I was lucky enough to find the recipe online by Jeremy Sewall himself! I altered the original recipe a little bit by adding my choice of fall vegetables and adding a poached egg.

And for the meat eaters that morning, classic brown sugar bacon - yum.
