After returning from Europe, I decided to share a bit of my food discoveries with a few friends. And of course, I had to share a bit of heaven with them: Swedish hot dogs with mashed potatoes! Had brats with homemade creamy mashed potatoes and a husmanskost dish of potato, onions, and raw egg. I do miss Gamla Stan.
