Chicken & Waffles
Made classic fried chicken and waffles. Chicken went through a dry rub (poultry magic, onion powder, salt, and pepper, whatever you want), egg wash, dredged in buttermilk flour mix, and fried in oil. Since there was no waffle maker, I just popped some frozen ones in the oven. Classic mac & cheese, though, my friend added chili flakes, scallions, and crackers, which gave it a great kick, and some green beans sauteed in a Worchestire and barbecue sauce.
Make sure when eating chicken and waffles to dip both into syrup and consume both in one bite!
