1 cup coconut milk
3 cups whipped cream
1 envelope or tablespoon of unflavored gelatin
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/3 cup of honey
Orange zest
Dissolve the gelatin over the coconut milk by letting it stand for a few minutes. Stir the mixture in a saucepan over medium to low heat; make sure the milk does not boil. Then add whipped cream, sugar, honey, and orange zest until sugar is dissolved. Pour into a container of choice and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
I wish I had a picture, but I ate all mine before I remembered. I set them in wine glasses, too - if there is more in the fridge, I’ll ask a friend to take a picture of it.
