Fall Root Vegetable Hash

I have never cooked radishes before, but I figured radishes would taste really well with other root vegetables in a vegetable hash. I cut up the red radishes, carrots, and turnip, then simmered them in a chicken broth for the veggies to become tender. While the chicken broth was reducing, I added some coriander and rosemary to give it a fall flavor. Towards the end, I added some orzo - make sure to stir once in a while and ensure you have enough broth for the orzo to become al dente. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

I was surprised how easy and tasty the radishes were!
