The weather was nice, and I supposedly “drunkenly” invited people over, so Jonathan set up the grill and did some ”man”-grilling while I made a fresh caprese salad, perfect for a lovely Spring day.
Caprese salad consisted of mozarella, vine tomatoes, and fresh basil (key ingredient). Personally, I thought it tasted great without the garnish (extra virgin olive oil, salt, and pepper), but I guess that’s always prepared to people’s tastes.
