Whipped up some good ol’ Asian style chicken noodle soup. I don’t quite understand why Americans love traditional chicken noodle soup so much for illnesses when you can add things like egg, lettuce, imitation crab, and mussels in a simple chicken broth! Used soba for the noodles.
